What is your billing policy?

 

You will be charged in U.S. Dollars only for the item price plus any shipping cost as shown in your cart. Payments are made through PayPal, which you will be taken to at checkout. Through PayPal we accept PayPal payments, AMEX, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. If you do not have a PayPal account there is no need to create one. Simply make a one time payment under the "I Do Not Have a PayPal Account" option. No customer credit card information is stored, making your transaction safe.

 

What is your return policy?

 

Be sure to check our sizing chart for correct sizing selection before placing and order. We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing.

If there is a defect in our product please contact us right away so we can fix the issue. Because our shirts are custom made to order, we do not accept returns. All defects must be reported back to us within 24 hours of the delivery tracking receipt. Returns will not be processed for shirts that are specific to a holiday event after the event date has passed (for example St. Patrick's Day themed shirts cannot be returned on or after March 17). Where are the shirts being shipped from?

 

Depending on your order, we will ship to you from our closest branch. We have warehouses ready to send your order in Canada and the United States. Most international orders are shipped from our Canadian branch.

 

Do you provide tracking numbers?

 

We provide tracking numbers for all United States orders. Tracking numbers will be provided 24-48 hours after your item has shipped out and will be available online. To find your order status, please check your confirmation email.

 

What is the average wait time?

 

We use USPS parcel service in the United States and Canada Post for Canadian orders.

Our t-shirts and hooded pullovers are made-to-order, so there is some time required to print and dry the shirt or hooded pullover and prepare it for shipping. In some cases, it can be processed the same day, but we can't guarantee it.

All shirts and hooded pullovers are processed and sent for shipping in two to three business days after you place your order. U.S. orders should expect delivery within 5-10 business days. Canadian orders may take 6-14 business days for delivery. Tracking information is available on US orders only.

International orders can take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive and during busy seasons such as Christmas, even longer. International shipments also have tracking information until the package leaves the United States. NOTE: International buyers are responsible for any and all customs charges, taxes & additional postage fees.

If you select "rush" during checkout, your order will be bumped to the front of the line and this normally reduces your delivery time by 1-3 business days and you item should be delivered withing 3-5 days.

 

Do your shirts come from safe facilities for workers?

 

We use Alstyle and Gildan brand shirts which are produced in North America.

Teesweneed.com currently uses AlStyle and Gildan brand of t-shirts for our order fulfillment. We use styles AlStyle 1301, 1302, 1309, 1901, 3381, 5301, Gilden 5000L, Fruit of the Loom, and others.
